Hello Everyone!

We just wanted to make you aware that we have been battling staffing issues and constantly seem to never get out heads above water. This is forcing us to push out our lead times because we stay overwhelmed with orders. For anything seasonal or time-sensitive, please order at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Usually, it's a week or two turnaround depending on what Season we are in and how large your order is but it has gotten to where it takes at least 3 weeks to get an order out. For large orders, I encourage you to consider installment or blanket orders so it doesn't tie up our team and we can turn out smaller orders too. I feel blessed and also flattered that you give us the opportunity to put our cookies in your store. Every order that comes through honestly puts a smile on my face. I just ask that you please be patient with us in getting your order out because we want to continue to serve you and offer our products for as long as we can. We hope to improve these lead times as we find dedicated employees.
